Kiara Zambrano
Research Assistant Volunteer
I am a junior at New York University, studying Psychology on the Pre-Health track. I became very interested in the developing brain when I began taking neuroscience classes for my major. This led me to looking into research opportunities because it was brought up very frequently. I had the chance to work in environments with little kids as a teacher aide, and even within my own family because I am the oldest daughter of four kids. I found this internship and it opened a new chance for me to find interest in pursuing a PhD even before beginning a journey to medical school.
